Another year is over and many people are happy to see it go. Here’s wishing you all a great new 2022. A year of low COVID rates so we can gather with family and friends again, and go on safe outings, whether it’s hiking or to a movie. Whatever comes, it might be easy or tough, but if we all work together to make the world a better more caring place to live, for Everyone and Every living creature, we’ll all be a lot happier and healthier. Winter Solstice

Happy Winter Solstice, everyone!

Today is the longest night of the year. It’s finally the first day of Winter and I for one, am happy it’s arrived. Winter is my favorite season. I don’t live where it snows, so I suppose that makes the snow a novelty for me, which also means that I don’t have to worry about shoveling the walkways or driveways, let alone tire chains and skidding on the roads. Winter however does convey coziness by the fireplace, Christmas lights, decorations, and music, which are some of my favorite things.

Speaking of decorating. I’m late again with decorating our Christmas tree. It’s partly decorated. I just need to find the right box for the ornaments, then add the tinsel. Hopefully, I’ll have the ornaments up by tonight.
